All NFL teams in alphabetical order
All of the teams are dispersed throughout the United States. Here is an alphabetical list of all NFL teams, complete with logos and locations.
Arizona Cardinals | Glendale, Arizona

The Cardinals are the country's oldest continuously run professional football franchise, as well as one of only two NFL charter member franchises still in operation since the league's inception, along with the Chicago Bears. The Cardinals won two NFL titles in 1925 and 1947.
Atlanta Falcons | Atlanta, Georgia

In alphabetical order by team name, the Falcons are ranked second among all NFL teams. The Falcons have appeared in two Super Bowls, the first in 1998 in Super Bowl XXXIII, where the Denver Broncos defeated them. The second came 18 years later when the New England Patriots defeated them in Super Bowl LI.
Baltimore Ravens | Baltimore, Maryland

Since 2000, the team has made the NFL playoffs 13 times, winning two Super Bowls, two AFC Championships, four AFC Championship game appearances, and six AFC North division titles. The Ravens, along with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, are one of the most successful NFL franchises, having gone undefeated in multiple Super Bowl appearances.
Buffalo Bills | Orchard Park, New York

In 1964 and 1965, the Bills won consecutive AFL championships; the only major professional sports championships won by a Buffalo team. Their greatest success came between 1990 and 1993, when they appeared in four consecutive Super Bowls, a feat that was often overshadowed by their loss in each game.
Carolina Panthers | Charlotte, North Carolina

Since the division's inception in 2002, the team has won five NFC South championships. The only team with more is the New Orleans Saints, who have seven.
Chicago Bears | Chicago, Illinois

The Bears have won nine NFL championships, including one Super Bowl, and have the most Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees and retired jersey numbers in the league. They have also won more games than any other NFL team, except the Green Bay Packers, with whom they are tied.
Cincinnati Bengals | Cincinnati, Ohio

During the 2021 season, the Bengals won their first playoff game in 31 years and advanced to Super Bowl LVI, their first appearance in the Super Bowl in 33 years, where the Los Angeles Rams defeated them. They won the AFC championship in 1981, 1988, and 2021.
Cleveland Browns | Cleveland, Ohio

The Browns won a championship in their first season. They also qualified for the NFL playoffs 14 times between 1965 and 1995 but did not win another championship or play in the Super Bowl during that time.
Dallas Cowboys | Arlington, Texas

The team has been to the Super Bowl eight times, which corresponds to their eight NFC championships, the most in the league. They've won five of those eight Super Bowls. The Cowboys are also the only NFL team to have 20 consecutive winning seasons (1966-85), missing the playoffs only twice (1974 and 1984).
Denver Broncos | Denver, Colorado

The Broncos have become one of the most successful teams in the NFL, having won eight AFC Championships and three Super Bowls. They have eight primary members who have been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Detroit Lions | Michigan's Detroit

Between 1935 and 1957, the Lions won four NFL Championship Games, all before the Super Bowl era. Since winning the championship in 1957, the franchise has won only one playoff game in 1991 and has the league's longest postseason win drought.
Green Bay Packers | Green Bay, Wisconsin

It is the NFL's third-oldest franchise, having been founded in 1919. The Packers have won the most league championships in NFL history, with nine pre-Super Bowl championships and four Super Bowl victories.
Houston Texans | Houston, Texas

They are the only franchise that has never won a road playoff game and has never appeared in a conference championship game. They are also one of four teams that have never played in a Super Bowl.
Indianapolis Colts | Indianapolis, Indiana

The Indianapolis Colts have won the Super Bowl twice in four appearances. In addition, the team has three NFL championships.
Jacksonville Jaguars | Jacksonville, Florida

Jacksonville is one of four NFL teams that has never competed in a Super Bowl. They have, however, won three division titles and played in two AFC Championship Games.
Kansas City Chiefs | Kansas City, Missouri

Despite the early postseason success, the team struggled to find postseason success for decades. The Kansas City Chiefs have two Super Bowl victories.
Las Vegas Raiders | Paradise, Nevada

The Raiders have won three professional football World Championships. They won the Super Bowls XI, XV, and XVIII.
Los Angeles Chargers | Inglewood, California

Before joining the NFL, the Chargers won the AFL championship in 1963 and advanced to the AFL playoffs five times and the AFL Championship game four times. Since then, the Chargers have made 13 playoff appearances and four trips to the AFC Championship game. The Chargers have never won a Super Bowl but have appeared in one.
Los Angeles Rams | Inglewood, California

The Los Angeles Rams have only won two Super Bowls, that is, in 2000 and in 2022. Because of their frequent relocation, the club is the only NFL franchise to have won championships in three different cities: Cleveland in 1945, Los Angeles in 1951 and 2021, and St. Louis in 1999.
Miami Dolphins | Miami, Florida

The Dolphins are the only team in NFL history to finish an entire season undefeated, with a rich history that includes two Super Bowl championships (1973-74) and five conference titles. Their 1972 season was undefeated, culminating in a victory in Super Bowl VII.
Minnesota Vikings | Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Vikings have the best overall record in franchise history, 524-451-11, with the highest regular season and combined winning percentage. This is the most playoff runs, division titles, and Super Bowl appearances (tied with the Buffalo Bills) among NFL franchises that have not won a Super Bowl.
New England Patriots | Foxborough, Massachusetts

The Patriots have the most Super Bowl wins (6, tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers), appearances (11), and losses (all in the same season) (5, tied with the Denver Broncos). The Patriots are the ninth most valuable sports team in the world as of 2022, and they have sold out every home game since 1994.
New Orleans Saints | New Orleans, Louisiana

Their greatest success to date came in the 2009 season when they defeated the favoured Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLIV, the team's first and only Super Bowl appearance. The Saints are one of two NFL franchises to have won their only Super Bowl appearance, along with the New York Jets.
New York Giants | East Rutherford, New Jersey

The Giants were one of five teams that joined the NFL in 1925, and they are the only one of that group that is still active, as well as the league's longest-established team in the Northeast. The team ranks third among all NFL franchises with eight NFL championship titles: four before the Super Bowl and four since the Super Bowl, as well as more championship appearances (19 overall) than any other team.
New York Jets | East Rutherford, New Jersey

In 1968, the Jets made the playoffs for the first time and went on to win Super Bowl III against the Baltimore Colts, becoming the first AFL team to defeat an NFL team in an AFL-NFL World Championship Game. Since 1968, the Jets have made the playoffs 13 times and reached the AFC Championship Game four times, most recently losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2010. On the other hand, the Jets have never returned to the Super Bowl, making them one of only two NFL teams to win their lone appearance.
Philadelphia Eagles | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Since their inception, the Eagles have made the playoffs 27 times, won 14 division titles (11 in the NFC East), competed in four pre-merger NFL Championship Games, winning three of them (1948, 1949, and 1960), and won three Super Bowls, the most recent of which was Super Bowl LII at the end of the 2017 season.
Pittsburgh Steelers | Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

In contrast to their pre-merger status as a perennial also-ran in the NFL, where they were the oldest team never to win a league championship, the Steelers of the post-merger (modern) era are among the most successful NFL franchises, particularly during their 1970s dynasty.
The Steelers have also won eight AFC championships, tying the Denver Broncos but trailing the Patriots' record eleven. The team is tied for second place with the Denver Broncos and the Dallas Cowboys with eight Super Bowl appearances.
San Francisco 49ers | Santa Clara, California

The 49ers won five Super Bowls between 1981 and 1994. Four of them occurred in the 1980s. Between 1970 and 2021, they won 21 division titles, making them one of the most successful teams in NFL history.
Seattle Seahawks | Seattle, Washington

Fans of the Seattle Seahawks have been dubbed the "12th Man," "12th Fan," or "12s." This is because the team's fans twice set the Guinness World Record for the loudest crowd noise at a sporting event within the span of a few months. The Seahawks have won ten division titles and three conference championships, and they are the only team to have competed in both the AFC and NFC Championship Games.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Tampa, Florida

The Buccaneers have two Super Bowl titles and are the only two NFL franchises to go undefeated in multiple Super Bowl appearances, along with the Baltimore Ravens. Tampa Bay is also the first expansion team to win a division title, a playoff game, and a conference championship after the merger.
Tennessee Titans | Nashville, Tennessee

The Houston Oilers were founded in 1959 and were originally known as the Houston Oilers. They won the first two AFL championships as well as four division titles before joining the NFL in 1970 as part of the AFL-NFL merger. The Titans have only appeared in the Super Bowl once in their history. They are also the only team in the NFL with two players rushing for 2,000 yards in the same season.
Washington Commanders | Landover, Maryland

This is the final team in the alphabetical list of 2022 NFL teams. Washington won the NFL championship games in 1937 and 1942, as well as Super Bowls XVII, XXII, and XXVI. They have finished as league runner-up six times, losing the 1936, 1940, 1943, and 1945 championship games and Super Bowls VII and XVIII. They have a postseason record of 23-18 after 14 division titles and 24 postseason appearances.
This alphabetical list of NFL teams will pique your interest. Several teams have changed their first names, as well as their location and stadium, during the NFL's existence. However, the teams remain in the same conference and division because it is difficult to realign them all the time.
